The high tide has brought the Fal River ferry from Falmouth right up to the head of the estuary and a huge spring blue sky gives a clear backdrop to the impressive spires of Truro Cathedral. This art print reflects a perfect Cornish day out on the river.
The original painting this print is taken from is part of the United Kingdom’s national collection of art and hangs in the offices of Truro City Council.
There are only fifty prints in this edition and each one is printed with archival inks onto watercolour paper. Joanne Short personally numbers and signs each print from her Cornish art studio.
